*the pregnancy program happens from Monday until Friday (both days included). However, the prices are calculated with 6 nights of accommodation, so you can arrive and leave with some time before starting. Yoga Teacher and Movement Therapist. Birth Doula and mom of two girls. Will be guiding your yoga lessons for pregnancy, the Women Circle and the Embodiment sessions.

Yoga Teacher and singer. Will be guiding your restorative yoga and live music in the Women Circle sessions.
MARTINA
Dance teacher. Will be guiding your empowering dancehall and latin solo ladies dance lessons for pregnancy.
