The Cycle is developed in several sessions in which we will remember our authenticity and we will open ways for its expression both physically, mentally and emotionally. We will go through everything that appears when we walk towards our own coherence and we will do it using creativity, corporal expression and communication as fundamental tools.
We will take the reins of ourselves first and of our personal projects later, always with openness, trust and enjoyment. We will learn techniques and keys that we can use in our daily life to stay aligned and recover the center when life throws us off track.
In this cycle, we will forget the theory of effort and we will make it easy, simple and fun.

What is LIDERARTE?
The Cycle that is divided into 4 sessions of 2h in which we will explore through our body, creativity and communication, the possibilities of expression of our most essential part.
We will apply coaching techniques to go beyond what prevents us from creating and offering ourselves from what we are. We will share projects and purposes to give them a boost. But above all, we will have a good time.

*the liderarte program happens from Monday until Friday (both days included). However, the prices are calculated with 6 nights of accommodation, so you can arrive and leave with some time before starting.
